As the Assistant Vice President, you will help to oversee our residential adult DDD programs located throughout Southern New Jersey. Schedule: Full-time; Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5pm with 30 minute lunch break Location: Lumberton, Burlington County NJ with tentative travel within the field to various locations Competencies: The ideal candidate must have an understanding of how the environment impacts individual functioning and the need to provide for a normal lifestyle for the consumers served; and the ability to build a positive work environment by fostering collaboration and trust among staff. Philosophy Qualifications: • Master's Degree in related field plus; • Two (2) years supervisory experience; • Valid driver's license in good standing All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing, and pre-employment drug screening.
