RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervision of multiple group homes; • Oversight of all DDD Program, Clinical, Physical Plan, Daily Operation, and Licensing; • Development and maintenance of relationships with the Division of Developmental Disabilities staff and the DD Provider Community. • Monitoring and Maintaining Agency-wide Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations; • Coordination and support for RFP’s related to growth and Development with DD services; • Be available in emergency situations on a 24-hour basis, and on-call responsibilities; • In charge of group home in absence of supervisor; • Travel required between counties; • Other duties as assigned. Philosophy Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or related field required, Masters degree a plus; • Two (2) years' experience working in a residential program and; • Two (2) years' supervisory experience and; • Five (5) years' experience with developmental disabilities; All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
