Direct experience opportunities may include, but are not limited to: • Assisting the peer in the provision of services to patients during the course of treatment. • Assisting in the treatment of patients through collaboration during case conference • Assisting in coordination of care. • Drafting progress notes • Assisting with status updates, court reports, and the submission of the Department of Social Services reports. • Observing transfer requests and psychiatric referrals. • Performing filing and other administrative duties. Eligibility Requirements: Current enrollment in a CRPA or MH peer certification is required *Please utilize a personal email for this application, not a school email. You will need constant and continuous access to the email you use. Location Information: This internship will be located in Buffalo, NY. Schedule Information: Our internship supervisors strive to offer flexible schedules; however, placements are currently available Monday through Friday.
