We are looking for a candidate to join our Heat Treat team. We work rotating shifts, 2 weeks on day shift and then 2 weeks on second shift. With some overtime on the weekends. You are eligible for 2 weeks vacation upon hire and health insurance starts your first day. The primary responsibilities include. • Learn “TOC Color Priority “to be able to understand job priority. • Verify Counts / Heat Codes to shop orders. • Ensure heat code / part number stampings are legible / correct. • Ensure parts are properly loaded per Loading Instructions. • Learn and assist in higher level heat treat operations as needed.
