What You Will Do • Support Travel Advisors with active client bookings and vacation arrangements. • Create, update, and maintain detailed client itineraries and travel documentation. • Review reservations, confirmations, and travel documents for total accuracy. • Coordinate directly with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel suppliers. • Monitor booking deadlines, final payments, and outstanding reservation requirements. • Perform quality control reviews before releasing travel documents to clients. • Maintain accurate records within company CRM and reservation systems.
