Uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts. • Exemplifies hospitality standards. Answers guest's questions about the menu and company. Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority. • Cooperates with management and co-workers to assists others with duties, if needed. Communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion. • Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly. • Knows emergency procedures in the restaurant. • Performs all duties (including but not limited to cash handling, guest interactions) and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
