This rewarding position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and ensures excellent care delivery is performed on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents and resident families during the care delivery process. Pay rate ranges from $17 to $21.50 an hour!! On top of those great base rates we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!! We have daily pay. Work a shift and you can get real cash for it that same day! RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan. • Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients • Documents care in the electronic medical record • Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans STNA QUALIFICATIONS • Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA • Has a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.
