Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based techniques. • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals. • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. • Document patient progress accurately and timely in EMR systems. • Educate patients on injury prevention, post-operative care, and home exercise programs. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives.
