What You’ll Do • Set up and stock your workstation with all required ingredients and equipment before service • Prep, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards • Perform prep work to support service, including chopping, portioning, and staging ingredients • Maintain proper portion control and minimize waste to help manage food costs • Keep service running smoothly by restocking ingredients and staying on top of prep times • Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including equipment, surfaces, storage areas, and trash • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards • Ensure ingredients and finished dishes meet quality and freshness standards • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned • Support functions, parties, and special events as needed What We’re Looking For • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy setting with bright lights and constant activity • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to read and follow recipes and cooking instructions • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality and consistency • A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed • Dependable, reliable, and able to stay focused during busy shifts Physical Requirements • Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting • Ability to safely use kitchen equipment and tools Pay range: $18 - $20/hr.
