Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain acceptable safety, quality, and productivity levels as assigned • Operate various work centers as required with flexibility • Accurately maintain daily production sheets and job clocking, including correct counts • Learn and perform machine setups as needed • Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner • Identify and report scrap defects to the Leader or Supervisor • Use hand tools as needed • Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally • Interact positively with team members and leadership • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Environmental Requirements: • Exposure to a manufacturing environment that may include noise, temperature variations, and moving equipment. • May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses or steel-toed shoes when on the shop floor or near loading docks
