Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Physical and electronic inventory moves within the facilities • Use of labeling and visual controls to maintain product traceability • Clean dryers, hoppers and lines • Stage resins and components as needed for manufacturing • Setup of color concentrate loaders per procedure • Reconcile resins and components when work order finishes, relabel and return to warehouse physically and electronically. • Maintain a clean work area including material staging area and warehouse • Troubleshoot material issues. • Program resin feed system • Support physical inventory as needed. • Operate presses as needed. • Other duties as assigned. Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have good English written and verbal communication skills • Ability to use weight counting scales • Self-starter and requires minimal supervision • Experience with ERP (JDE preferred) • Experience in cleanroom environments desired • Forklift experience preferred • Valid driver’s license and ability to legally drive 24’ box truck. • Knowledge of ISO and Good Documentation Practices • General computer proficiency Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
