Position Details: Pay rate + 17% Shift Differential Shift: Mon - Fri 10:30pm-7:00 am Must be able to train on 1st and/or 2nd shift. Your Expertise: • 1 year experience in an aerospace environment preferred • Previous masking experience is a plus • Skills Desired: Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, good communications skills • Ability to read and interpret operation sheets, blueprints and technical data Your Challenge: • Interpret and follow operation sheets, engine manuals, and blueprints to determine information required to properly mask an aerospace component for plasma coating. • Ensure use of proper fixtures and tools; maintain masking tape inventory levels required to meet production goals.
