Internship Opportunities We offer a variety of mental and behavioral health internship experiences tailored to your career goals: • MSW Intern(s), Advanced (2nd Placement): Participate in assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy. About Arisa Health Arisa Health is Arkansas’ largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider, formed through the affiliation of four long-standing community mental health centers. What You’ll Do As an Arisa Health intern, you may: • Conduct person-centered assessments in behavioral health, education, vocational needs, relationships, and community engagement. • Develop service or treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and referral agencies. • Provide activity- and participation-based interventions tailored to client needs. • Connect clients with community resources and support services. • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in a timely manner. • Participate in team and inter-agency meetings. • Support clients and families in aftercare planning. • Build positive relationships with community partners and guide clients in navigating systems of care. Requirements • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related licensure-track field. • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass criminal background checks and a drug screening.
