Nurse Technician EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT $29.5755/ hr Union: 1199 FULL-TIME 11 PM TO 7 AM 35 HOURS BI-WEEKLY Alternating weekends Job Description: • Provide basic nursing care to patients appropriate to condition and age of the patient. • Provide general aspects of care that meet psychosocial and/or physical needs. • Assists in admissions, transfers, and discharge of patients. • Demonstrated ability to perform phlebotomy and EKG Requirements/Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalency Required • Minimum of 1 year job-related experience. • Completion of Phlebotomy and EKG Training Program. • Completion of Nurse Technician Program • Legible handwriting • Good communication skills (written, verbal and telephone) • BLS required
