Nursing Supervisor NON- UNION FULL TIME 12 HOUR SHIFTS VARIABLE HOURS ALTERNATING WEEKENDS $125,000/YEAR Summary: A Registered Professional Nurse who assists in the planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating Nursing Services. Responsible for the administrative operation of the Department of Nursing for a specific, assigned tour. The Nursing Supervisor, on tour, acts as a surrogate if the Hospital or Nursing Administrator is not present, limited to those circumstances which are specifically not delegated to the Administrator-on-Call and /or the Nursing Administrator on call. Requirements/Qualifications: • Current licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse in New York State • BCLS/ACLS required • Bachelors of Science in Nursing required. Master’s degree preferred • Five years of combined clinical and management experience • Previous Nursing Supervisor experience preferred Skills • Basic ability to read and communicate effective in English • Additional languages preferred • Basic computer knowledge
