ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: • Must be proficient in reading and understanding shop orders, blueprints • Must be able to utilize a wide variety of gauging and maintain quality. • Must have sufficient product knowledge to independently set up and operate. CNC & Manual Gear Cutting Machines. • Will participate in, support and implement continuous improvement activities to eliminate waste and streamline processes to increase productivity and quality. • Must perform routine maintenance on equipment and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. • Performs work under direct supervision. • Ability to multitask if needed. • Maintain cleanliness in the work area. • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. • Attendance at work is an essential function of the job. JOB REQUIREMENT: • High school diploma, and 0 to 2 years of experience. • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. • Ability to understand and follow directions. • Computer skills. • Manual dexterity. • CNC Machining experience preferred Compensation & Benefits: • RBC offers competitive pay and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, and paid time off.
