Schedule: 40 hours weekly. Type: In Person The Outpatient Mental Health Center offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. What to expect You will work alongside a team of highly skilled clinicians, providing specialized mental health care services. Specific responsibilities include: • Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. • Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services. • Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders. • Flexible scheduling options. • Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards. • Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams. • Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings. • Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties. What we need from you. • Must be licensed in Maryland as a: • Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) • Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) • Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) The pay range for this position is $70.019.40 minimum to $84,872.00 maximum.
