Our team helps by identifying client work interests and basic skills required, along with providing on the jobsite training and ongoing support. What to expect. This is a direct care opportunity to support clients in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment in their communities. Services include engagement, assessment, job search, job development, treatment team collaboration, and long-term job support. What you’ll get from us. What we need from you. • A high school diploma/GED and two years of experience in the human services field. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. • Skills and knowledge in performing supported employment activities including identifying and negotiating potential jobs, getting clients integrated into jobs, providing job coaching assistance, and client advocacy with employers and clients. • A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
