Responsibilities: • Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns. • Builds repeat customer business and loyalty through direct guest interaction, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting customer complaints. • Monitors the condition of the spa and reports any problems to maintenance or the Spa Manager. • Places and receives telephone communications and makes reservations. • Keeps front desk stocked with supplies and places orders. • Responsible for cash handling and balancing cash bank. • Adhere to supervisory responsibilities, including: • Oversee the daily operations when the Spa Manager is not present. • Assist in scheduling employee shifts to ensure spa coverage. • Assist Spa Manager in interviewing and hiring team members. • Responsible for training employees. • Regular attendance required. • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
