Responsibilities: • Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations. • Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures. • Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs. • Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department. • Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging. • Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.
