Responsibilities: • Responsible for guest service and sales in the gift shop. Competencies: • Other duties may be assigned. • Greet all guests and assist with merchandise selection. • Ring up gift shop sales on the register and handle all cash, credit, room charge, comp and coupon transactions as outlined by department policies. • Help stock shelves including tagging merchandise. • Maintain clean and orderly displays in gift shop. • Assist with inventory control and "hard" inventories monthly. • Communicate with supervisors, management and retail shop cast members on a daily basis Work Environment: • The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
