The Prep Cook safely prepares food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to customers in all outlets. The Prep Cook strives for picture-perfect plate presentation. Responsibilities: • Operate all necessary kitchen equipment including, but not limited to, slicer, steamer, deep fryer, oven, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and griddle. • Accurately prepare all food items according to established measurements and recipes. • Ensure consistent product delivery to the customer. • Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness. • Encourage and abide by all health codes and hand washing guidelines Qualifications: • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills. • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required Target Salary Range: • $13.00 / hour Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.  Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
