What You’ll Do • Serve as a key liaison between managers, senior managers, partners, clients, staff, and outside advisors throughout all phases of Private Client Services tax engagements. • Manage tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and related entities. • Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, trust, estate, gift, and multi-state tax returns. • Research and apply technical tax guidance related to individual taxation, fiduciary taxation, trusts, estates, and compliance matters. • Serve as a main point of contact for multiple clients and manage tax-related communication with attorneys, brokers, trustees, and other third parties. • Identify planning opportunities and support clients with tax strategies related to wealth transfer, estate planning, trust administration, and family financial matters. • Review client information, assess tax implications, and coordinate with internal team members to deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful client service. • Monitor tax law changes and evaluate how new guidance may impact private clients, trusts, estates, and related planning strategies. • Support client meetings and advisory conversations by preparing analysis, recommendations, and follow-up related to complex tax matters. • Contribute to staff development by coaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge through one-on-one teachable moments and regular feedback. • Participate in business development by building relationships with key service providers, identifying opportunities with existing clients, and following through with new client leads.
