Responsibilities but not limited to: • Support permit applications, code compliance, and owner-supplied materials (Owner Supply) throughout the project. • Coordinate project schedules, site visits, and business travel as needed. • Coordinate with the HQ Asset Team, Design Team, landlord, general contractor, refrigeration contractor, vendors, and other relevant departments. • Prepare project proposals, internal reports, and other documentation as required. • Support project coordination and follow-up to ensure projects are completed according to design, schedule, and requirements.
