Why Work With Us: • Pay: Starting rate is $20.00/ hour; could be eligible for more based on experience • Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 pm – 6:30 am, with overtime as required • Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k Retirement Plan (100% employer match), Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave, PTO, Paid Holidays, and more! • Professional Growth: Enhance your skills with hands-on experience to be considered for promotional opportunities What You Will Do: • Build Skids: Builds skids and pallets according to Majestic Steel and/or customer specifications, operate lift trucks to transport, store, and stage materials within the service center • Maintain Safety: Perform daily lift truck inspections, move up and down from lift truck, and report any equipment issues • Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned Who We Are Looking For: • Experience: Experience with hand tools, including up-cut saw & circular saw • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills. • Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions What Makes You Stand Out: • High School Diploma or equivalent • One (1) year of lift truck operation experience • Lift truck experience handling heavy loads (10,000 pounds or more) Majestic Steel is America’s domestic supply chain provider for rolled steel and we’re ready to tackle America’s housing, infrastructure, job, and sustainability challenges now and into the future.
