Responsibilities: • Serve as a trusted advisor by guiding project teams and clients through environmental requirements and providing clear, informed recommendations. • Follow the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for design projects. • Follow the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) for design projects. • Coordinate submittal of all required documents. • Work with multiple groups at HRC to gather the required submittal documents. • Ensure projects are following these regulations. • Provides early preliminary environmental review for infrastructure grant applications. • Conducts reviews of local, state, and federal policies, as needed.
