Little Rey is seeking experienced Executive Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs to join our culinary teams in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, and Raleigh. Relocation is required for candidates who do not currently reside in one of these markets. Our culinary leaders oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including production, prep, purchasing, receiving, catering and special events, scheduling, labor management, food quality, and recipe execution. They lead by example, coach and develop future culinary talent, maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency, and create an educational, collaborative kitchen culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences every day. Qualifications: • Executive Chef: 10+ years of progressive culinary experience, including at least 5 years in senior culinary leadership preferred. • Executive Sous Chef: 5+ years of progressive culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a Sous Chef leadership role preferred.
