Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): • Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas • Perform basic repair tasks • Prioritize work orders & complete service requests • Shuttle vehicles to and from mechanic shop • Maintain stock of supplies and distribute throughout campus Qualified Candidates Must Have: • Valid driver’s license and background check required. • Maintenance technician experience. • Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and janitorial services. • Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills • Ability to be physically active throughout the day • Speak and understand English Education Preferred: High School or better
