Key Responsibilities • Dispense medications and carry out physician and psychiatrist orders. • Monitor medication compliance and maintain medical records/charts. • Conduct physical health screenings for children. • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and outside services. • Review progress notes and follow-up care documentation. • Support infection control activities and order medical supplies. • Assist with crisis intervention and recreational activities. • Participate in behavior management programs. • Transport residents when assigned. Required Qualifications • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred. • Current New York State LPN license is required. • Experience working with the program's population (children/youth) preferred. • Must pass background checks and fingerprinting.
