How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward • Collaborate with practitioners by corroborating patient histories with procedures to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment. • Prepare patients through clear instructions, cooperation-building, and anxiety minimization. • Optimize patient positioning and comfort to ensure high-quality imaging results. • Evaluate image quality and confirm accurate patient identification for each study. • Provide both physical and emotional support to patients during procedures. • Maintain required certifications, including HazMat and BLS, to support operational and safety standards. • Perform venipunctures and respond to emergency situations with basic life support when necessary. • Uphold CIS’s patient philosophy through compassionate, ethical, and skillful care delivery. What Makes You a Great Match • Licensed by the State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners in nuclear medicine and/or radiology in the state where work is performed. • Registered with NMTCB and/or ARRT. • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). • Committed to ongoing professional development through continuing education. • Skilled in communication with patients, peers, and practitioners. • Experienced in Nuclear Medicine imaging, radiation protection principles, and radiopharmaceutical preparation/administration. Cardiac PET/CT experience is a plus. • Flexible and willing to assist in other clinics or roles as needed. • Able to work with professionalism, empathy, and attention to patient safety and comfort.
