How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward: • Perform detailed health histories, physical exams, and documentation including progress notes, discharge summaries, and diagnostic interpretations. • Initiate and manage both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments. • Coordinate care through patient rounds, interdisciplinary collaboration, and communication with families and providers. • Lead and participate in committees, patient care projects, and community education efforts. • Maintain clinical excellence through continuing education, research participation, and mentoring. • Ensure compliance and quality through accurate record-keeping and billing documentation. What Makes You a Great Match: • Master’s degree from an accredited CRNP or PA program with current Louisiana licensure and national certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, etc.). • BLS and ACLS certified with EKG course completion within 12 months. • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience. • Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. • Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and team-based care. • Interest in leadership, innovation in patient programs, and active organizational involvement.
