ES Foundry Corp Finance Controller Job Summary The Financial Controller is responsible for leading the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end close while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. This position plays a critical leadership role within a manufacturing environment by partnering with operations, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and executive leadership to improve financial performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic decision-making. The Controller will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, manage the accounting team, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely reporting while driving continuous process improvements and ERP optimization. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Manage month-end and year-end close processes. • Coordinate internal and external audits. Budgeting & Financial Planning • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting. • Perform variance analysis and financial modeling. • Monitor cash flow and liquidity. Internal Controls & Risk Management • Maintain internal controls and compliance. • Assess financial risks and implement mitigation plans. Team Leadership & Development • Lead and develop accounting staff. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA preferred. • 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience including leadership experience. • Manufacturing experience preferred.
