Job Title: Cycle Counter – Plant 10 Reports to: Department Supervisor at specific Business Unit FLSA Status: Non-exempt Schedule: Monday through Friday (6:00AM - 2:00PM). Overtime as needed. Summary of duties and responsibilities: Responsible for counting product daily based on the ABC cycle count programs. Works closely with the planning team counting products as requested. Work with operations to investigate root cause for discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Employees must follow standard work instructions and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Primary duties and responsibilities: • Count product daily based on an ABC cycle count program. • Count products as requested by the planning team. • Review the “INVEST” location for product that the operations team cannot locate and investigate. • Utilize Golvia to adjust inventories when discrepancies are found. • Work with Operations to investigate root cause for discrepancies and implement corrective actions. • Experience in inventory control functions. • Track monthly variance and report out to Plant Leadership • Must be willing to drive a forklift. Education, prior work experience and specialized skills and knowledge: • Must have strong computer knowledge & experience. • Must be able to work in a team environment. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Physical environment/working conditions: The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
