Assist Machinists and Machine Operators to machine a quality part and meet Production’s objectives. • Attend consistently and work independently • Perform assigned production and production-related tasks. These include, but are not limited to: • Reading the Dispatch List and following priorities • Setting up fixtures per Setup Books • Acquiring tools • Loading parts in fixtures • Performing visual inspections and measuring attributes • Completing inspection records and Production paperwork • Deburring parts • Operating a forklift • Dumping chip bins • Operating cranes/hoists • Performing equipment safety inspections • Performing Production related Preventive Maintenance activities • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. • Successfully complete all assigned training courses. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
