CNA Trainee Rate: $17.21 increases after certification. Shift: Full-Time or Part Time Schedule: Must be available for training classes and clinical hours Candidates must commit to the full training program and onboarding schedule, Part Time- or Full-Time opportunities are after training. We are looking to add CNA Trainees to our team. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while participating in a Certified Nursing Assistant training program. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and instructors, you'll learn the skills needed to provide compassionate care and support to residents in a skilled nursing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate in the facility's Certified Nursing Assistant training program • Observe and learn resident care techniques, safety procedures, and infection control practices • Assist with resident care activities as permitted under training program guidelines and supervision • Practice CNA skills through demonstrations, return demonstrations, and supervised clinical experiences • Communicate resident observations and concerns to nursing staff and instructors • Maintain resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights at all times • Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection prevention protocols • Attend all required classes, clinical training sessions, and educational activities • Complete training assignments, skills evaluations, and competency requirements • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the training program REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a high school equivalency program preferred • Interest in pursuing a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team • Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn • Ability to follow directions and maintain professional conduct • Must successfully meet all program and facility requirements for participation in CNA training BENEFITS: • Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-Time • Weekly or Same-Day Pay Options • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Employee Referral Bonus Program • Retirement Saving Options
