JOB SUMMARY: Volunteers support our mission by assisting with community outreach, event participation, and essential office or program tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, engaging with the community, and contributing to meaningful work that strengthens our organization. Many of our volunteer positions require bilingual skills (Spanish and English). Community Outreach & Events • Represent the organization at community events, fairs, and tabling opportunities. • Share information about programs and services with the public. • Help set up and break down materials, displays, and tables. • Support outreach efforts to partner organizations, schools, and community groups. Program Support • Assist with distributing food boxes and other supplies to clients. • Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and flow during distribution days. • Provide friendly, respectful customer service to participants and families. Administrative & Office Tasks • Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping. • Organize materials, prepare packets, or support mailings. • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general office support as needed.
