What You Will Do • Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance • Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal charting • Take and review digital X-rays • Place and remove Invisalign attachments as directed by the orthodontist • Provide clear aligner and braces home care instructions • Educate patients on oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment • Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures when needed • Support pediatric patients with preventive care and hygiene education • Apply fluoride treatments and sealants when appropriate • Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols • Accurately document all treatment in the electronic dental record What We Are Looking For • Active RDH license in good standing • Strong knowledge of preventive dental care • Comfortable working in a structured, efficient environment • Excellent communication skills • Reliable attendance and professionalism • Commitment to long-term growth Job Type: Full-time on site some local travel required Compensation: Pay range starting at $45 an hour with bonus Job Location: In-person; local travel only Work Hours: Full Time Diamond Braces is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal and state employment laws.
