If you're good with your hands, like figuring out how things work, and aren't afraid of physical work or getting dirty, we'll provide the training you need to become a Drain Technician. Pay & Training: Starting at $20/hour with no previous drain or sewer experience. This is a paid, full-time position where you'll learn the trade through hands-on training alongside experienced professionals. Our goal isn't just to teach you enough to do the job. We want to help you develop the skills and knowledge to become a confident, independent Drain Technician and continue growing your career. What You'll Learn: This is a residential service position focused on drain cleaning, diagnostics, and sewer inspections. • Diagnose and clear residential drain and sewer problems • Operate professional drain-cleaning equipment • Perform sewer camera inspections • Troubleshoot common drain and sewer issues • Properly use and care for tools and equipment • Communicate professionally with homeowners • Work safely and independently as your skills develop What We're Looking For: • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools • Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn • Strong problem-solving skills • High level of integrity and accountability • Comfortable with physical work and getting dirty • Professional and respectful with customers • Someone looking to build a career and grow with a company • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience in automotive, construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, manufacturing, farming, equipment operation, or other hands-on work is a plus—but not required.
