Field Service Engineer Location: Delhi, India Experience: 1-3 Years About the Role We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of advanced membrane systems for industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment applications across India. In this role, you will work directly with customers, OEM partners, and project teams to ensure the successful startup and operation of membrane treatment systems. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies while supporting projects at customer sites across the region. Key Responsibilities • Install, commission, and start up membrane treatment systems at customer sites. • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for existing water and wastewater treatment systems. • Work closely with customers, OEMs, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project execution. • Conduct system performance evaluations and recommend corrective actions when required. • Prepare commissioning reports, service documentation, and technical records. • Travel to customer locations across India to support project activities and service requirements. Technologies You'll Work With • Pressurized Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane Systems • Membrane Bioreactors (MBR) • Nanofiltration (NF) Systems • Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field. • 1-3 years of experience in installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting of membrane systems. • Experience working with EPC companies, water treatment, wastewater treatment, or process industries is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional local language skills are an advantage. • Willingness to travel extensively and stay at customer sites when required.
