What We Offer • Competitive Fee-For-Service compensation • Hybrid scheduling options available • Supportive multidisciplinary clinical team • Clinical supervision available for LSW/LAC clinicians • CME hours and CME expense account Full-Time Employees Are Eligible For: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid Holidays • CME allowance and CME time • Opportunities for professional development and certification support, including ADOS training Responsibilities • Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with an emphasis on child and adolescent behavioral health. • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record. • Provide family-focused care, collaborating with parents/guardians and other support systems when working with youth. • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate for different developmental stages. • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and quality assurance activities. • Provide on-call coverage for assigned cases and respond to outreach calls from CFG’s Access Center within 20 minutes when on-call. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations. • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients. Qualifications • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline • NJ License Required: LSW, LAC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC • Experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education • ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) certification preferred but not required.
