Job Summary: The Night Picker will safely operate and utilize warehouse equipment to pick, palletize, and stage customer orders for delivery, ensuring the exact quantity and type of product are prepared for shipment. Duties/Responsibilities: • Picks customer orders and prepares them for delivery. • Utilizes RF Scanners and Voice Pick technology, to effective pick orders. • Drives an electric jack to pick orders. • Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy standards. • Maintains a safe and clean warehouse. • Follows all safety rules and company regulations. • Performs all other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision • Able to remain professional and courteous at all times • Must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills Physical Requirements: • Must be able to frequently carry up to 50 pounds. • Ability to lift, push/pull up to 165 lbs. on a regular basis. • Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift. • This position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, while kneeling, bending, stretching, squatting, standing to move product from 30 - 160 lbs.
