CPV Manufacturing is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Associate who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for improvements, and wants to work in beautiful Kennett Square, PA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform general facility maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and janitorial repairs • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including the production areas, office, restrooms and cafeteria • Manage inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies • Assist Shipping Coordinator and/or Raw Material Handler where needed • Receive raw material for machine shop and relocate material where needed • Receive consumables / non-raw materials • Material prep for non-Machine Shop service providers • Communicate effectively with management on status of projects and complete them in a timely fashion Qualifications: • At least 3 years of general building maintenance experience • Ability to prioritize and be organized • Shipping / receiving experience a plus • Strong computer skills • High School Diploma or equivalent Skills: • Solid organizational skills, including adherence to schedules • Strong communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong initiative, integrity, and the desire and ability to work both individually and in a team environment • Mechanical aptitude • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: • This position requires work in both an office and manufacturing environment • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, twist, bend, access tight spaces and climb ladders • Good manual dexterity • Ability to wear PPE Benefits • Major medical, dental, vision insurance • Company sponsored Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance • Matching 401k up to 6% • Generous PTO plan and paid holidays • Competitive wage
