About the Role The House Manager oversees day-to-day facility operations and assumes responsibility during the Director’s absence. Primary Responsibilities • Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions. • Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies. • Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale. • Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews. • Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability. • May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
