Responsibilities, but not limited to: • Provide excellent customer service by greeting them and assisting with products and services • Assist with sorting paperwork such as invoices, sales orders, item data, etc. • Assist customer issues and complaints, and ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience • Follow company policies and procedures on refunds, redeeming smart card points rewards as well as overall cash handling • Perform other customer service related duties and tasks as assigned HOURLY RATE: $16.00 - $20.80 *Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
