This isn’t just a job —you will be helping shape mental health care and positively impact lives throughout Elizabeth City. **Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh’s Best Mental Health Services two years in a row!** Your Role in Our Mission As an Outpatient Therapist you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary: up to $65,000 for provisionally licensed candidates and up to $78,000 for fully licensed candidates in this full-time, exempt position • Generous paid time off and paid holidays • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits • Life and Disability Insurance (company paid) • 403(b) Retirement Plan • Employee Assistance Program and legal services support • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer • Supervision for licensure What We’re Looking For • Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. • LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LCAS (A); • Dual licensure preferred • Experience in Substance Use services preferred • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy • Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel Ready to Apply?
