What You’ll Do • Ensure member health, safety, and well-being at all times • Help with lifting, transfers, and mobility as needed • Assist with medication administration and documentation • Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports • Work as part of a supportive, mission-driven team What You Bring We’re looking for someone who brings the experience, skills, and commitment needed to succeed in this role. • High school diploma or equivalent required • Valid North Carolina Driver’s license, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance required • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required. • Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are a must!
