This includes setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities • Operate palletizing equipment including pallet wrappers and attached conveyor lines while supplying pallets, slip sheets, and tie sheets as needed to maintain continuous production line flow and efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and operational issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime and maintain quality standards. • Operate Inventory Management System handheld scanners to accurately track raw materials and finished goods inventory throughout the shift. • Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) in compliance with company safety protocols and regulatory requirements. • Provide flexible staffing support by covering breaks, lunches, and other assigned duties as directed by supervisor or lead personnel to ensure adequate line coverage. • Maintain compliance with all dairy processing regulations and safety requirements while actively reporting any concerns, hazards, or incidents to supervisor or lead immediately. Min. Qualifications • Minimum of GED or High School Diploma preferred. • Prior PIT experience preferred.
