Work Schedule and Shift Premiums • 36 to 40 hours/week including every other weekend • 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour, 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour, and weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour Benefits for Full Time Employees • Insurance: medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability • Paid Time Off: for illness, vacation, holidays • Retirement: 403(b) with match • Education assistance and continuing education Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent plus associates degree or higher in nursing • Valid Michigan RN license • One year of Mental Health nursing experience strongly preferred • BLS, ACLS, and TEAMS certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital) Responsibilities • Direct and carry out nursing activities for assigned shift • Administer medication assuring consents are obtained on all psychotropic, anti-anxiety agents and antidepressants, and that patient is given medication information • Ensure all discharge interviews and safety plans are complete for each patient • Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of protected health information at all times Why Hillsdale Hospital Hillsdale Hospital is dedicated to excellence in healthcare community service, continued improvement, and respect for human life.
