We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Nutrition Care Coordinator to support both clinical nutrition services and daily food service operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of patient-focused work, data tracking, and operational support. In this position, you will conduct routine nutritional screenings, gathering information on patients’ food and fluid intake, identifying potential nutrition concerns, and helping ensure care plans are accurate and up to date. You’ll document findings in medical records, review intake logs, and monitor patient consumption through visual meal rounds. You’ll also play an important role in ensuring patients receive appropriate therapeutic diets by supporting and overseeing meal preparation and service. In addition, you’ll assist the Food Service Director with day-to-day operations such as food ordering and administrative coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to quality. You’ll be part of a team focused on continuously improving service and enhancing the overall patient experience through thoughtful, nutrition-focused care.
