Providing support to the Office of Career Services at the location, the Office Assistant will be responsible for creating student files for Career Management Seminars, sending emails to students/interns requesting appropriate information, updating CareerZone, calling students/grads requesting appropriate internship paperwork and job placement information, updating quarterly internship list, working on Blackboard to create announcements, assisting with Career Fairs, following up with companies interested in posting positions and performing student file audits. Job Requirements Berkeley FWS Eligible Only. Good communication and time management skills. Detail oriented, organized and reliable.
